Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect your email address so we can send you what you asked for. We do not sell it, and you can leave whenever you like.

Who we are

Strong Not Smaller is an independent publication. The fastest way to reach us is by email at hello@strongnotsmaller.com — we read every message. Our postal address is 7301 N State Highway 161 #148, Irving, TX, United States.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your first name if you give it. Collected when you sign up for a free guide or buy a product.
• Email engagement data. Whether an email was opened and whether a link was clicked. This is standard email-platform behaviour and it tells us which emails are worth sending.
• Purchase information, if you buy something. Payment is processed entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic, aggregated site analytics. Page views and traffic sources, not tied to your identity.

What we do with it

We use your email address to deliver the guide or product you requested, to send follow-up emails about training and nutrition, and to answer you when you reply. That is the whole list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Not now, not later.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:

• Kit (kit.com) — email delivery and list management.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and order fulfilment. They act as Merchant of Record for purchases.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. It works immediately.
• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep purchase records for tax purposes.
• Ask us to correct it if something is wrong.

If you are in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights are yours, and the email address above is how to use them. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

If you are in the EU or UK

Our lawful basis for sending you email is your consent, given when you submitted your address and confirmed it. You may withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing. You also have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How long we keep things

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. If we ever add advertising pixels, we will update this page and say so plainly.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date below and, for anything significant, tell subscribers by email.
